For our Denplan Patients there may be a £15 call-out fee. For non-Denplan patients there is a minimum £100 call-out charge plus any treatment necessary.

We also have several appointment slots every day that are reserved for emergencies. They are not released until that day, so to get the best chance of getting an appointment on the same day, it is best to call us as early as possible in the morning after 9am.
